creative cooking

You probably know the situation: It's your typical Sunday noon, all shops are closed, you're hungry, you open the refridgerator: Oh, these vegetables must be eaten today (or thrown away), but I can't cook xzy, because I don't have y.
Then it's time for creative cooking! Unusual combinations, blends of different cuisines, replacing one main ingredient with another one.

Meal from 10. Nov 2002 for two persons (but eaten by one - burp!!!) has been prepared from:

• 1 yellow and 1 green pepper
• 1 onion
• 6 small tomatoes
• 5 fish sticks
• 1/2 package of mashed potatoes
